For me, the new year starts with new dreams and goals. This past year has been an interesting one for me. I started blogging, something I had told myself to do for a long time and finally took at the end of 2018. It’s hard to know exactly what is going on right now but it seems that my daily blog updates are really having positive effects!
Setting even just one goal can give you something to work towards. Here are a few tips to get started on creating your goals. Cultivate Your Goals, In the Beginning, One of my favorite activities that I do when starting off was planning out an entire year’s worth or more of milestones with each day hitting them until it reaches its destination.
If this is your first time setting goals, start small, simple, and slowly work your way up. Here are a few tips to get started on creating your goals.
- Make your goals simple and realistic.
- Think about the necessary action steps to reach your goals.
- Plan and prioritize your actions.
- Make sure you check-in with yourself regularly.

Firstly, breakdown your goals into 3-month goals. This way you’re able to track your goals clearly and more specifically.
Think about the necessary action steps to achieve the goal. It is better to think in detail before doing something.
Focus on the day by day activities that you need to do.
