What are productivity apps I use and why does it matter

Everyone wants to be productive and organized right? It all depends upon how you plan it. Your phone doesn’t have to be a distraction you can use it wisely to increase your productivity. I personally use these productivity apps daily to organize my work and/or routine.

Of course, these productivity apps are free. And they sync to each different version ( for example, I can have it on my Android phone and sync it to my Windows PC so that is convenient for being productivity anywhere)

Productivity is never an accident. It is always the results of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.

WUNDERLIST

Goals are dreams with deadlines.

Wunderlist app

Wunderlist is an amazing task management productive app with good reviews because it’s easy to use, easy to share, and easy to follow up on. Whether you are planning a holiday, shopping list, goal list, grocery list, declutter list, or a simple to-do list. You can set deadlines, assign tasks, set reminders, and add comments or notes. This is a list app that helps you to tick off tasks. You can create folders to organize them, and reuse the task over and over again.

Instead of cards, you create lists and group them into folders, which every member of your team (if you have one) can access and edit accordingly.

The easiest way to get stuff done.

TRELLO

Stay committed to your decisions but flexible in your approach.

Trello is a fun and flexible productive app to organize and prioritize your work. This app is like WUNDERLIST but contains boards, lists, and cards. It is simple to use but requires internet access to it. You can also add other people who use Trello to the board/project of your choice. Trello is very visual, which makes it very intuitive.

If you need a platform that helps teams collaborate on projects, Trello is the best productivity app for you.

Trello is free to use, though they do offer premium plans with additional features. If you’re looking for simple task management, this is the tool for you.

SPOTIFY

Music is medicine

Spotify - productive app

Because music makes life better ! Feeling happy, sad, getting ready for the party? Music helps! It is easy to find the right music for every moment – on your phone or your PC. Also, it contains Podcasts which I really enjoy listening to. It gives me more inspiration when listening to such great stories/conversations on the podcast.

Creating a playlist is as easy as right-clicking a song and clicking “Add to Playlist” or clicking the three dots next to a song on the app. Grab your favorite songs/podcasts and stick them in a playlist for your personal listening pleasure. Once you start you’ll soon find you’re following playlists made by friends or curated by artists.

FOREST

Obstacles are those frightful things you can see once you take your eyes off your goal.

Forest

Forest is usually the #1 time-tracking app in the app store, which is kind of ironic because its main goal is to keep you off of your phone.

This is an app that helps you to stay away from your phone and stay focused on your work. And also less procrastinate. I highly recommend this productivity app to students, who can be more productive during their study time without any distractions.

When you want to focus, you plant a “tree” and therefore the longer you spend far away from your phone/tablet, the more it grows. Leave the app and your tree dies :(. Spend enough time away from your phone and you can grow an entire forest.

ONENOTE

Allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent.

OneNote
OneNote

It is one of the applications that Microsoft provides to schools to create interactive collaboration sites with their students where we can place notes with school assignments.

It is a custom Note-taking app, where you can attach PDF, links, and write and/or draw in a custom user-friendly way. Use OneNote’s flexible canvas to put content anywhere you would like. Scan documents and business cards straight into OneNote. You can organize your notebook with different projects and/or work with many sections and pages – on your phone or your PC. The app is available across all major platforms such as iOS and Android.
